MY LETTERS® has a simple answer
- You dictate your letters electronically to a secure server on the Internet-(128 bit SSL)
- A team of transcriptionists types up your letters
- You collect your letters on-line the next day or they can be automatically delivered... It’s as simple as that!
There are two easy dictation methods:
- Verbally dictate letters over the telephone
- Use a DPM (Digital Pocket Memo)-which then uploads your dictation via the USB connection on your PC/Laptop. And for those on the move upload your dictation direct to the Internet without further software.
The billing process is straight forward:
- Dictation only from 2p per line or
- Dictation and Speech recognition from £30.00 per month per user
- Dictation and transcription from 9.5p per line
